As a Physical Education Theory teacher, my goal is to deepen students’ understanding of the scientific, social, and psychological principles that underpin physical activity, health, and wellness. Over my 3 years of experience, I’ve designed theory-based lessons that bridge classroom learning with real-world applications, empowering students to make informed decisions about their physical and mental well-being. This course combines academic rigor with interactive discussions, research projects, and case studies to foster critical thinking and lifelong healthy habits.
