Tutorsearchlist.com provides a platform where tutors can register, create a teaching profile, and display it with their contact information. This information is made available to the people publically to help them find tutors in their locality (within India). Hereby, tutors reach out to the potential Students through their Guardians. We display the tutors information 'as is' provided by the tutors.

We offer both free(subject to change) and paid listing options with varying benefits. Details of these plans are available on our upgrade listing(pricing) page.

We do not hire or employ the independent tutors nor are we responsible or liable for any interactions involved between tutors and their respective Students(their Guardians) or between any entity’s. Tutors and Students(Guardians) are solely responsible for all interactions, conversations, and any form of communication and behavior between any other parties. These Terms are entered into by and between Tutorsearchlist.com and you, and you accept them by: (a) accessing or viewing the content of the Site; (b) contacting for tutoring through the Site; (c) registering as a tutor; (d) using the Site in any other manner; and/or (e) acknowledging agreement with these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, cease using the services and the site immediately.

Responsibility For Use of Tutorsearchlist.com

IN CIRCUMSTANCES WHERE STUDENTS ARE BELOW 18 YEARS OF AGE, ALL INTERACTIONS, AND USAGE MUST BE EXECUTED OR MONITORED BY THEIR LAWFUL GUARDIAN. You agree to notify Tutorsearchlist.com immediately if you experience any misuse of services.

You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for your actions and decisions to meet other people who you contact through the services provided on Tutorsearchlist.com. You understand that Tutorsearchlist.com does not perform psychological testing or background checks on the individuals who may register for or use Tutorsearchlist.com services. To create a teaching profile, you must provide accurate and complete information.
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your profile
Please do not provide any confidential information that you do not want to display publically.
Tutorsearchlist.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.
**Users must be at least 18 years old to register or use our services.**

Anyone who wants to register with Tutorsearchlist.com as a Tutor MUST NOT BE BELOW 18 YEARS OF AGE. As a registered tutor, you are required to act responsibily and will be responsible or liable for any interaction and communication with students and/or guardians. You agree to notify Tutorsearchlist.com immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use or misuse of your account.

Tutorsearchlist.com has the right to terminate your account for any reason at our sole discretion without notice to you in case of misuse and irregularities. Tutorsearchlist.com reserves the right to take appropriate actions, including account suspension and termination, in response to violations.

Display of Tutor Information

Registered tutors agree that their profile, including profile photo and contact details, will be displayed publically.
Tutorsearchlist.com is not responsible for how users interact with this publically available information. We disclaim its usage by any person or organisation.

Please do not trust or entertain any other contact channels.
If you want to terminate or delete you listing or remove any selected information, please write to us at tutorsearchlist@gmail.com using your registered Email id and give atleast one week time to verify and remove it from Tutorsearchlist.com; However, search engines and other websites can take few weeks to several months or even longer.
